I have posted two negative reviews on the cold tumbler due to the straw breaking and Teavana not reponding to many requests as to where I can purchase new straws. I received no response from customer service.
I have -tried emails, Twitter, two trips to the stores and FB-ridiculous. They also are not posting the two negative reviews on this product. They should not sell an item that is useless without the straw. I purchased replacement straws but they do not fit the special lid-very disappointed in this business.
I dont understand the non response.
I am hopeful that Pissed Consumer can help remedy this situation. Thanks!
